Explore the rsync command, which stands for remote synchronization and is used to transfer or copy files from one machine to another. We will also discuss SSH and telnet, the two main services that run in Linux to accept connections from outside. You will learn how to locate IP addresses using hostnames, the significance of the Network Time Protocol (NTP) for synchronizing time with other servers, and the modern chronyd daemon. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting network issues with traceroute.
